Zaheer Aziz

Zaheer Aziz, CCIE #4127, is a Customer Support Engineer for Cisco Systems, Inc. Zaheer has been involved in troubleshooting IP networks for over three years and has conducted Cisco User Group IP routing protocol lectures and several internet sessions on understanding routing protocols.



Johnson Liu

Johnson Liu, CCIE #2637, is a Customer Support Engineer for Cisco Systems, Inc. Johnson has been working for more than three years on troubleshooting IP Routing Protocols. He is currently Team Lead for the Routing Protocols Team in the Cisco San Jose TAC. Johnson has also served as a technical editor for several Cisco Press titles.



Abe Martey

Abe Martey, CCIE #2373, is a Technical Marketing Engineer for Cisco Systems, Inc. Abe is currently working in the Cisco TAC on the IP Routing Protocol Team and with large ISP accounts. Prior to his work at Cisco, Abe was a network engineer at Sprint where he worked extensively with IS-IS and BGP to build and maintain Sprintlink, Sprints Internetwork. Abe has an MSC in Electrical Engineering and is a member of IEEE.



Faraz Shamim

Faraz Shamim, CCIE No. 4131, is a Network Consulting Engineer with Cisco Systems. He has a bachelor's in computer science from the University of North Texas at Denton and a master's in telecommunications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has written several documents, white papers and technical tips for OSPF, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP and BGP on Cisco Connection Online, www.cisco.com. He has also been engaged in developing and teaching the Cisco Advance Training Bootcamps on Routing & IPv6. Faraz actively speaks at the Cisco Networkers Conference worldwide on the topics of link state protocols & IPv6. Faraz has been with Cisco Systems for the last 9 years.
