Toby J. Velte, Ph.D., is co-founder of Velte Publishing, Inc. He is an international best-selling author of technology articles and books and is co-author of Cisco: A Beginner's Guide and Cisco Internetworking with Windows NT/2000. A self-proclaimed techno-geek, he has started several high-tech companies in the Minneapolis area.

Anthony T. Velte is co-founder of Velte Publishing, Inc. In addition to writing and publishing a variety of technology books, including Cisco: A Beginner's Guide and Cisco Internetworking with Windows NT/2000, he has been a security and network engineer and architect, and led many large-scale network, security, and disaster recovery projects.
