Paul Giralt

Paul Giralt, CCIE #4793, is an escalation engineer at the Cisco Systems Technical Assistance Center in Research Triangle Park, N.C., where he has worked since 1998. He has been troubleshooting complex IP Telephony networks since the release of CallManager 3.0 as a TAC engineer, a technical leader for the Enterprise Voice team, and now as an escalation engineer supporting the complete Cisco line of IP Telephony products. Paul has troubleshot problems in some of Cisco's largest IP Telephony deployments and has provided training for TAC teams around the globe. Prior to working on IP Telephony, he was a TAC engineer on the LAN Switching team. He holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Miami.

Kyzer Davis (CCIE Collaboration No. 54735) is focal point for supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving complex, solution-level problems involving voice, video, and cloud portions of the Cisco Unified Collaboration product portfolio, serving as escalation point for Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) worldwide multiservice teams. He has authored many technical white papers on Cisco Collaboration configuration, architecture and protocol design, and works with Learning@Cisco on strategy and certification content development. 


Patrick Kinane (CCIE Collaboration No. 58284), senior engineer and escalation point for worldwide CUCM teams within Cisco TAC, is subject matter expert for multiple Cisco Collaboration products. A frequent Cisco Live speaker, he has created several video trainings, whitepapers, and lab guides, and works with Learning@Cisco to develop Cisco certification content.

Gonzalo Salgueiro (CCIE No. 4541), Distinguished Engineer at Cisco, is a thought leader in collaboration, multimedia protocols and architectures, and real-time voice/video/data over IP. He has served as escalation engineer and senior advisor for many large Cisco UC networks, co-authored 15 IETF RFCs, and is co-inventor on 27 patents.
