Becareful - this software loads on certain systems with the correct video card! Would not work with my laptop, but it did on my desktop

The quotation from the team at Cisco that designed this disk just about says it all: "We worked with the best serious game developers, educators, and technical experts to produce a game that is not only fun, but will help you learn."Most instructional material, computer aided or not makes for pretty dull reading. Here a great deal of effort has gone into making learning not necessarily fun, but certainly less sleep inducing. By having to look things up, make guesses on how to proceed with the game and so on, you learn what you need to know and are forced to use your thinking cap. I suspect that all in all, you get through it faster and remember it better. We'll just have to see if this is the way things will be done in the future.

Cisco will not support this product if you buy it through Amazon.com. I had to move computers. The software is so backwards, it has no method to un-register the activation key. So, now it is dead. Will not activate. This is NOT state of the art gaming technology.Cisco refuses to re-activate because I am not the official purchaser...it's Amazon. I have to return the Amazon purchase and buy it direct from Cisco to get support. Pathetic activation methods. Terrible customer care. Amazon needs to modify the product description to notify customers that Cisco will not support this purchase. |
