Review Copy Requests

Please follow these simple directions in order to submit your requests:

  1. Go to the product page of the book you would like to sample.
  2. Click on "Instructor" within the "Request a review copy line" (to the right of the cover image).
  3. Select your customer type and follow the instructions given. Your Pearson representative will be automatically notified to follow up and provide you with a sample.

If you wish to return unwanted review copies, click here to print a prepaid label. Returning unwanted review copies helps control the cost of textbooks.

Order Placement and Sales Representatives

Cisco Press is a division of Pearson Education. We have specialized our sales departments in order to provide the best service to you. Schools are encouraged to order through their Pearson representative. Online orders do include a sales tax charge.

Teachers in high schools and vocational/technical schools may reach a sales representative by calling (866) 326-4259 (toll free).

Instructor Materials

Please follow the links below or go to the Pearson Higher Education website and search for the specific course book using the ISBN. Click on "Instructor" under the "Resources" heading in the left navigation. Then scroll down to access the Instructor's Edition link. To download the file, you will need to log in or register. If you are a new user, Pearson will confirm you are an instructor, and you'll have full access to these new tools.

High School Instructors
Request access via the "First-time Users" section of the Instructor Resource Center.

International Instructors
Please follow these steps to gain access:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on the "Instructor Support" tab at the top
  3. Under the "Request an exam copy" bullet, click on "International Customer"
  4. In the lower right column, under "International Orders," select your country
  5. This provides you the local office information. Contact your local office to get access codes for the site.

Value Packs

Help your students save money on textbooks while making sure they have the necessary resources for the course. Refer to the At-A-Glance brochure for some suggested bundles, or contact your Pearson representative to create your customized Cisco Press package. Please note, these value pack options cannot be guaranteed globally. If you are outside of the United States, contact your local Pearson office for value pack and bundling options in your area.

Membership Code

Receive special savings when you register and purchase on, and apply a special membership code to your account. U.S. instructors, contact your Pearson representative to receive your code and instructions for applying it. Learn more about the program.
