Rue Green, CCIE #9269 (R and S and Voice), has spent 20 years IT roles ranging from software development to network architecture, design and implementation for large voice and data networks. Currently Technical Leader in Advanced Services at Cisco, he has many years of experience with complex data, voice and contact center solutions. He spent several years within the advisory consulting and partner community, creating a strong consulting and methodology background. He focuses daily on supporting his technical team as an escalation point with respect to technical designs or implementation issues as well as the management of Tools and Methodologies for the entire Cisco Contact Center Practice.
