This lab identifies options for IPv4 and IPv6 to coexist on the same network, discusses the operation of an IPv6-over-IPv4 tunnel, removes the IPv6 and OSPFv3 configuration from a portion of the topology (making that portion of the topology IPv4-only), creates a tunnel to span the IPv4 region of the network, and configures the tunnel to encapsulate IPv6 packets for transmission through the IPv4 network.
